Personal Training Sessions

Personal Training Sessions are available all year-round for clients of any age and experience level.

This is a great opportunity for athletes to boost their performance, with measurable improvements in Efficiency and Speed during each session.

Group Sessions

This class offers a new and exciting approach to your sports training. Group Sessions are more fun with sharing techniques. I know that practice makes perfect, but there is no perfect… so keep practicing with me. Schedule a class today.

Intense Sessions

Intense Sessions are a great choice to improve your athletic performance. Through a strategic mix of theoretical lessons and practical sessions, class participants become comfortable with the game both on and off the field. If you’re looking to elevate your game, Intense Sessions with Adrienne Bell Swimming Specialist FIST, AISC, AIST (TD) are for you.

Summer Swim Camps 2023

2x30min Classes per day for 5 Days, Monday - Friday from 10am-1pm & 2-5pm  

Dates:  Week 1: 3-7 July  Week 2:  17-21 July

Week 3: 31 July-4 August  Week 4: 14-18 August

Easter Swim Camp 2024

2x30min Classes per Day over 5 Days
Wednesday/Thursday of Holy Week
Wednesday/Thursday/Friday of Easter Week 
From 10am-1pm & 2-5pm.
